Former national selection committee chairman Krishnamachari Srikkanth said all-rounder Hardik Pandya should be appointed full-time captain of the shortest format ahead of the T20 World Cup in 2024.

He says that Hardik Pandya should be made the captain of the T20 team continuously from the next T20 World Cup.

Srikanth said in a Star Sports show that if I were the chairman of the selection committee, I would like to say that Pandya should be the captain in the 2024 World Cup.
